Dam! How do i use this site?

I want to Contribute to this site. (Dont worry i dont mean rant more.)

But if i see any Cool or Serious or Bike related stuff i want to know how to post it on this site.
The only real problem is im Puta iliterate....

Was trying to suss it out and learn how to post pictures and stuff like that . But i accidently hit submit... Here the fuck i am am i?

So what do i want to learn how to do? Put a link in maybe?

Ok so how do i put a picture up? Oh its the same deal.. Just cut and paste the image location in between Yogis instruction bit.... all the information has to be in between < arrow type stuff>

But i worked out how to post photos eh you can pinch em off Facebook and stuff by copying the image location when you right click on the object.

The ice race is next month in Montreal. Febuary 14th as a matter of fact.

Do i need to create a flicker account to post pictures of that? or can i pinch it off facebook or something?
