So come and join the fun and learn about what Council is doing as part of its new Bicycle Strategy to make cycling safer, easier and more enjoyable for more people. It's a great opportunity to find out what's happening in your local area, best spots to cycle, get useful tips and free maps.

There’ll be suitable activities for cyclists of all ages and all levels of experience in the fun, action packed program including a BMX stunt show, cycle games, and a guided ride from wetlands to the foreshore. All participants will enjoy a FREE BBQ and get a chance to win fabulous prizes.

Leichhardt Council and the Leichhardt Bicycle Users Group have been organising this event since 1998 with the support of local businesses. It is attended by hundreds of people each year. Most are locals. Some cycle regularly but others have never cycled before.
